| ok guys here are the rules if u didnt already know them
1. create a new topic with the name and stats of the player u want to sign
if there is 2 topics with the same player then we'll only propose that player offers from the topic that is most popular.
2. when putting an offer for a player you put the players name and say 10/1 which means that you are offering a player 10Million$ for 1 year.
3. THERE WILL BE A MAXIMUN YOU can OFFER FOR A SPECIFIC PLAYER
4. if you make a player an offer for several years for example: 6/6 this means that you are offering that player 6Million$ for 6 years which means that every year of the 6 years you will be paying that player 6M
5. have a good offseason
