| 1. post your 23 man roster with the players salaries.
2. at the bottom of the 23 man roster post the total salary cap of your team with the cap space that your team has left
for example if my cap is 45M then you do
53-45= 8M in cap space
3. if you want to call up or bring down a player post it in the pro <> farm team section so that it makes our job easier and makes us get your lineups correctly
